About Orsolya Závodszky
My name is Orsolya Závodszky and I am the owner of orShe, which I founded in October 2017.
I was born in Hungary, I studied English linguistics at one of the best universities of Budapest, the capital city of Hungary.
I have a passion for languages and communication. I have always been eager to learn languages and I realised in no time during my university studies that I can communicate effectively with other people and I can pass my knowledge to others in a way that is efficient, easily understandable, and fun at the same time.
Therefore I started giving private English lessons and as soon as I obtained my university degree, I started my own business to be able to cooperate with language schools in both residential and corporate language courses.
In the meantime, I have also become a CELTA certified teacher with the best possible grades - Certificate in English Language Teaching to Adults - a programme accredited and moderated by Cambridge Assessment English in the UK.
As life always puts you in new quests and challenges, I had the luck of moving to the magnificent and inspiring city of Amsterdam. I have been living here since June 2016.
Speaking for myself, I believe that this is a perfect place for me since the city is full of interesting, internationally-minded people and companies.
The Dutch culture has had an immediate impact on both my private and business life: after roughly 7 months of intensive studying, I can communicate in the local language, which gave me courage and made me take action to start my own business here.
Besides, I have almost instantly become a fearless biker!
I feel fortunate to be here and to be surrounded by very many fantastic and kind people who support me without a doubt, for which I am very grateful.
Hope to see you soon!

I have 13 years of experience in teaching general and business English as a foreign language.
During this time, I have worked together with and helped many adults, teenagers, and young learners improve their language skills, gain more confidence while using English, understand the sometimes difficult grammar better, pass a language exam, or prepare for an interview.
My lessons are educational and effective and I always make sure we have fun, too!
As an Expat in Holland, I fully understand and see how important it is to be able to speak the local language.
Even if English is the second official language of the Netherlands, you simply need it.
With my extensive background of language teaching and first hand experience with the Dutch culture and language, I can help you gain the necessary knowledge you need.
